It excels in absorbing impact and stress vibration, offering an impact strength that is significantly superior to standard plastics and even surpassing that of acetal resin.

3. Elevated Softening Point & Heat Resistance: Certain nylon types like nylon 46 exhibit a high softening point and remarkable heat resistance. Highly crystalline nylon variants withstand thermal deformation at elevated temperatures, consistently functioning at 150 degrees. When reinforced with glass fiber, the thermal deformation threshold of PA66 exceeds 250 degrees, ensuring reliability under intense heat.
4. Smooth Surface & Wear Resistance: Our nylon surfaces are remarkably smooth with a low friction coefficient, providing excellent wear resistance. These components offer self-lubrication, producing minimal noise. Under conditions where friction isn't excessively high, lubricants aren't required. However, if lubrication is desired to minimize friction or aid in heat dissipation, options like water, oil, and grease can be utilized. As transmission parts, they furnish an extended service life.
5. Impressive Corrosion Resistance: It withstands alkaline and most salt solutions remarkably well and resists weak acids, oil, gasoline, and general solvents. While aromatic compounds remain inert, it is not resistant to strong acids and oxidizers.
