Product Parameters

1. Very high wear resistance. The wear resistance is seven times that of steel and four times that of polytetrafluoroethylene
2. Very high impact resistance. The impact resistance is 2 times of PC and 5 times of ABS.
3. Good self-lubricating property, the same as PTFE, better than steel, brass additional lubricating oil.
4. Good corrosion resistance, chemical properties are very stable, in a certain temperature and humidity range can withstand a variety of corrosive media and organic solvent corrosion.
5. Very high adhesiveness, the surface of the product hardly stick to other materials.
6. The impact resistance is very high, which is ten times of PA66 and eight times of polytetrafluoroethylene.
7. It has good low temperature resistance and ductility in liquid nitrogen (- 196 ºC).
   Few other materials can achieve this performance.
