Product Description

Pet is a milky white or light yellow, highly crystalline polymer with smooth and shiny surface. It has excellent physical and mechanical properties in a wide temperature range, and the long-term service temperature can reach 120 ºC. It has excellent electrical insulation. Even at high temperature and high frequency, its electrical properties are still good, but it has poor corona resistance, creep resistance, fatigue resistance, friction resistance and dimensional stability.
Advantages of pet as packaging material:
1. It has good mechanical properties, the impact strength is 3 ~ 5 times that of other films, and has good folding resistance.
2. Resistant to oil, fat, dilute acid and alkali, and most solvents.
3. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, and can be used for a long time within the temperature range of 120 ºC. It can withstand high temperature of 150 ºC and low temperature of - 70 ºC in a short time, and has little impact on its mechanical properties at high and low temperature.
